Do you provide International delivery?

 

 USPS delivery is used for International orders. Choose USPS First Class International at your own risk and allow 7-15 business days for delivery.There is no tracking or insurance on this service type. Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, offer any refunds or replacements for international orders that are lost, damaged, unclaimed, or undeliverable.

International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.

 

How do I return an item?

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

The Shanoski Collection will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a refund or an exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the orginal order.

We will refund the full cost of the item minus the shipping costs.

 

Items can not be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

If your return is approved,we will intiate a refund to your credit card(or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

What are your delivery options?

 

Shanoski Collection earrings are custom handmade so please allow 2 to 3 days for orders to be made, prepared and packed. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and priority mail express.You may select your desired shipping method during checkout. Please note  domestic orders only include delivery date and time,USPS Tracking and insurance.
